Keep the complete website package
A website ZIP contains the reviewed public articles, local search, scripts and styles. Extract the entire package before opening index.html. Keep its directory structure intact.
Save your authoring backup separately
The public website cannot restore the builder workspace. A builder backup contains internal source notes, review labels and other private material; keep it away from your public host.
Check what you share
Review public article text before publication. A reviewed article can still contain sensitive content; the exporter does not automatically redact it. A noindex instruction is not an access control. Return to find an answer to explore the example.
